The firm

A family firm, built to stay.

MNM Construction has framed, raised, and remodeled homes across the South Bay since 2010. We're small on purpose — a family-run shop where the owner is on the job, the crew is the same crew, and the standard doesn't move whether it's a kitchen or a whole house.

Most of what we build is substantial: ground-up custom homes and whole-home remodels in Campbell, Los Gatos, San Jose, and Saratoga. The work runs cleanest when the plan, the budget, and the schedule are read carefully up front — so the surprises stay small and the finish holds.

We hold a California Class B general building licence, carry the required bond, and cover our people. But the thing we'd rather be judged on is the block: the houses still standing well years on, and the neighbours who called after seeing the last one.

How we work

Read the conditions. Then build.

Three things we hold to on every job, whatever the size.

i.

One builder, start to finish

You work with Mark, not a rotating cast of managers. The person who quotes the job is the one who stands on the site.

ii.

Settled before it's poured

Drawings, allowances, and the schedule are agreed up front. Like the ocean, a build doesn't forgive a corner you tried to cut.

iii.

Sixteen years, one valley

Established in 2010 and still working the same streets. Most of what we build comes by referral from the last house we finished.
